- The Data Controller of your data is the company Hemoglobe Hellas, headquartered at 7 Kolokotroni Street, Kryoneri, Attica.

- The company Hetzner Online GmbH, acting as a Data Processor and providing hosting services for our website.
- The company Econtentsys, acting as a Data Processor and providing maintenance and backup services for our website.
If you contact us via email, your data is always stored within the European Union on infrastructure provided by Microsoft.
- The authorized company’s employees and associates process your data.
All the above-mentioned parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Why and on what legal basis do we process your data?
- For the provision of product trainings, based on the relevant request you have submitted.
- To contact you upon your request, based on our legitimate interests.
- To inform you about news and events, based on your consent.
- To comply with any legal obligations (e.g. tax legislation).
How long do we keep your data for?
- We retain your data regarding product trainings until you request their deletion.
- If you contact us, we will retain the communication and its meta-data until you ask us to delete it, unless it needs to be retained for a longer period or for legitimate reason or for our compliance with a legal obligation.
- For newsletter subscriptions, we retain your email address until you request deletion or withdraw your consent.
